— Available to Digital Powered Operations Core Team during the whole development and delivery cycle
— Ensure DPO Core Team delivers highest value add by building, maintaining and prioritizing the team backlog thus controlling what the team is working on
— Manages both the functional and technical aspects of the product development, proposes and owns technically sound decisions to needs of a business
— Understand the impact of both business and technical decisions and the scope of the upcoming enabler work
— Acting as a Technical Agile Product Owner owns planning and delivering key platform functionality such as infrastructure developments and other enablers that deliver value across the solution set
— Understands Agile, SAFe, DevOps, ITIL concepts and excels in suggesting methodologies best fit to a business
— Resolve open requirements and business issues, clarifying the business need to the team
— Make decisions about business requirements on user story level (business logic, design, etc.)
— Define iteration goals, keeps value creation in focus
— Define or accept user stories to the backlog
— Ensure quality, conceptual integrity and technical solution of the product by refusing or accepting user story completion
— Organize and participate on iteration reviews
— Interact with stakeholders (inside and outside of the airline company) together with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, Team Leads and SMEe.
— Maintain the flow by ensuring just enough number of available work items
— Act as the primary contact for story details
