PBS International Ltd.

The principle objective (mission) of PBS International Ltd. is to operate as a personnel consultancy, successfully recruiting employees for its clients operating primarily within the fields of Information Technology, Telecommunication, Finance, Consulting, FMCG, Media, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Construction, Automotive and Shared Services. We want to satisfactorily provide people who can fit into our client's environments with the flexibility and adaptability to smoothly and efficiently fill a desired position or role, whilst providing full scale, top quality service to both parties.

We use the following management tools to achieve our objectives:
  1. The markets we operate within are constantly developing, so we believe in constantly monitoring and developing our business processes to stay in tune with the market and our customers' needs. We guarantee to keep the high-standard -- and in the interest of maintaining a quality orientated management philosophy - operate a quality management system for our business processes.
  2. We believe it's very important to know our customers as well as any potential customers. We continuously maintain our system, enabling us to keep up to date records of our business partners and candidates. We believe in developing good customer-relations and harmonized ways of thinking in all fields of our services - including supplier services. As far as possible, we prefer using the supplier services of companies operating with a quality management system.
  3. We guarantee the quality of our personnel by ensuring that they are high-level professionals with knowledge, expertise and practical experience - just as we can guarantee the flexibility and use of our resources and dedication when it comes to satisfying our customers' requirements. We take seriously on board any comments from customers and we will address any complaints to correct them and evaluate our corrective actions.
  4. We strive to achieve all of our quality objectives through the continual development and optimization of the functional practices used in our internet based methods. Furthermore, we utilize our quality management and work flow based information system across the range of our entire servicing activities.
  5. We ensure that our quality policy is understood and followed by all members of staff across all levels of our organization. At the same time, we make every effort to ensure that the quality of our work and the continual improvement of the quality is the natural responsibility of every employee.
  6. Looking ahead, it is our ambition and intention to remain a medium sized company and become the leading personnel provider to customers in the Central European market and fulfilling their needs. We will remain focused on our key function of personnel consulting and the related services in conjunction with that. Furthermore, we wish to strengthen our company name by offering true value for money.
