The Role:
You will own full-cycle recruitment and work closely with hiring managers and a small, collaborative recruiting team. The role offers high autonomy, modern tools, and the chance to have a real impact in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake meetings with managers and define hiring needs
Create job advertisements and execute full-cycle recruiting
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, XING, StepStone and other channels Screen CVs, conduct phone/Teams interviews and coordinate the process Manage and optimise the candidate pipeline
Organise on-site trial days for final candidates
Provide market insights and salary guidance to hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate records

Must-haves
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Background in staffing/agency work or high-volume recruiting
Proven active-sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, XING TalentManager, etc.) Business-fluent German and solid English
Hands-on, self-driven and able to work autonomously
Nice-to-haves
Experience recruiting IT and tech roles
Knowledge of the local talent market in the Münsterland region
Additional language skills
