About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager / Safety & Health Coordinator (SiGeKo) for a small, specialised occupational health and safety consultancy. The company focuses on safety-technical consulting and coordination for construction projects and workplaces in the Berlin and Brandenburg region.
This is a highly autonomous role in a compact organisation. You will manage your own client portfolio, work independently, and spend the majority of your time on construction sites supporting clients with practical, hands-on HSE advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safety-technical support to clients in accordance with ASiG and DGUV Regulation 2 Conduct safety inspections and SGU audits on construction sites Participate in construction and planning meetings
Advise clients, builders, contractors and planners on all HSE-related matters Develop risk assessments and operating instructions
Recommend and support the implementation of accident-prevention and health-protection measures
Deliver HSE trainings and investigate incidents

Must-haves:
Certified Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (occupational safety specialist) Qualified SiGeKo (Safety and Health Coordinator)
Solid practical knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental requirements
German language at C2 / native level (spoken and written)
Class B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the Berlin/Brandenburg region Physical fitness for regular on-site inspections
Nice-to-haves:
Engineering degree,
Meister or Techniker qualification
3+ years of HSE experience in the construction sector
Personality:
Dynamic, hands-on and self-directed
Comfortable working independently and building your own client relationships
Physically robust and comfortable with field work on construction sites
