We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support Our Client’s marketing team in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Help plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and participant communication.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide detailed reports.
Maintain and update the marketing calendar.
Collaborate with freelance designers and developers for technical and complex design projects.
Conduct research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Develop a deep understanding of our AI products and agents, becoming the go-to person for product positioning and messaging.
Collaborate with product and tech teams to help shape new AI agents from a marketing perspective, ensuring clarity and market relevance.
Plan, execute, and manage promotional campaigns that highlight our solutions, driving awareness and lead generation.
Use AI tools to create content, materials, and campaigns efficiently. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and sales strategies.
Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to continuously improve results.
Demonstrate agility and ownership—taking initiatives from idea to execution with minimal supervision.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology-related industries.
Solid working knowledge of tools such as MS Office, WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Zoom, Google Analytics, etc.
Practical experience using Pipedrive (CRM) would be a plus.
Experience with AI-driven marketing tools (automation, content creation, campaign optimization) is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end marketing activities.
Strong product orientation—capable of understanding technical solutions and translating them into clear business value.
Hands-on experience in executing campaigns and supporting sales teams. Proactive mindset with the ambition to grow.
